I love the pool!

Hot Weather

So it is hard to believe that just a little over a week ago we were dying from the heat and now we are hoping it will be in the 70's. So with out air conditioning and the temperature reaching 100' we opted for setting up our inflatable pool in the backyard and inviting our playgroup over for some fun.So Kali is our little tan baby. Her hands are so tan and her face keeps getting darker and darker. It is hard to tell in this picture but she can get pretty brown.

The water was a little cold at first I guess. She warmed up to it really quick though.

The slide was a big hit. They just kept running around and around to slide down. They never stopped until we had to pry them out of the pool for nap time.

The Beach

These are from several weeks ago when we went to the beach with our friends. While we were there Bristol kept saying, "I want to go to the beach", translation "I want to go to the water". Well it was pretty windy that day and chilly. So we went again just this last Saturday, but pictures will have to be in another post, I haven't downloaded them yet.I got Kali down for a nap and when I came back up she was just laying there looking back at me and not moving a muscle.

What... this is how we thought everyone ate dinner? I don't see a problem with it.
Bristol loves being naked, especially with us trying to potty train. She refused to wear anything on the bottom while we ate dinner and by the end of the day I am done fighting the war.

America's Next Top Model

So Tyra Banks needs to come and check out Bristol. Truthfully Bristol is the most unphotogenic (if that is even a word). But one night while we were eating dinner we told her to pose for the picture. These were her poses.

Ladybug Towel

I had made a hooded towel for a lady in my ward that had a little baby girl. Bristol thought she would try the towel on before we wrapped it.
